Disclosures.

The chambers’ Legislative Practice complies fully with the Lobbying Disclosure Act, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and applicable state lobbying-disclosure regimes.

Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA)

The chambers’ federal lobbying activity is registered under the Lobbying Disclosure Act. Quarterly Form LD-2 filings and semi-annual Form LD-203 filings (contributions reporting) are publicly available through the U.S. Senate Office of Public Records and the U.S. House Clerk.

Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA)

FARA-eligible engagements are registered with the Department of Justice and disclosed in the public FARA database. We do not engage in unregistered representation of foreign principals.

State disclosure

State-level activity is registered with the applicable state authorities.
