The chambers maintains substantive relationships with law schools across our six office cities and beyond. Members teach courses, sit on advisory boards, and participate in the institutional life of the schools we recruit from.
We engage with 1L students at our recruitment schools through panel events, mentorship pairings, and substantive conversations about the chambers and the legal profession. We do not run a separate 1L recruiting pipeline; the engagement is groundwork for the 2L pupillage cycle.
Our recruitment teams work with the diversity-affairs offices of our law schools to ensure that the chambers’ pipeline reaches the full range of substantive talent available.
